START A NEW UNIT
Please note that this is only a request form, and the unit formation will be initiated once approved by the Board. The Regional Coordinator will facilitate the formation of the new unit.
A unit is a smaller region within a city where a separate YM unit team and halaqat/da’wah activities exist.
In order for a new unit to form within a city, the following conditions must be met:
- The unit must have at least 3 YM members, who will form a unit team
- The unit must have a unit coordinator
- The unit coordinator must be a part of the city’s executive team
- The unit coordinator has been at least a general member of YM for at least 1 year
Note: only the city president can request the formation of a new unit of their city with the approval of her executive team.
